WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO ORDER?

The easiest way to order is by using our online shop, but you can also order by sending us an email.

Send us a message at laura@lauraskilbeck.com to open a trade account and access our online wholesale shop.

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

You can order over the phone, though we are not always by the phone so we prefer if you order via our online shop, or put your order in an email.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All UK orders are sent out the next working day, on a 1-2 day service.

International delivery times are usually 2-3 weeks.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

All of our payments are processed through a secure online server, and we are able to accept all major credit cards and paypal.

Wholesale customers have 30 days to settle their invoice and can pay by bank transfer, Paypal, or cheque.

DO YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Discount codes are available sporadically and are advertised on our website.

The code currently running is free greetings cards delivery on orders over £10 using the code FREE

WHERE’S MY PARCEL?

Our UK deliveries are all sent out on the next day, with a 1-2 day postal or courier service.

Please allow 5 working days for your parcel to arrive in the UK, and 3 weeks for international orders.

IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?

We are currently offering free order on greetings cards over £10 using the code ‘FREE’

Greetings cards orders under £10 are charged at £3 delivery.

All paintings and prints include free UK delivery.

Please contact laura@lauraskilbeck.com for an international delivery quote.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Yes, we deliver worldwide.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, if you have changed your mind you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us.  Please email laura@lauraskilbeck.com. Our return address is 1 Co-operative Street, Uppermill, Greater Manchester, OL3 6AD

CAN I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?

Yes, we will return or replace any faulty item at no cost to you. Please email us laura@lauraskilbeck.com

DO I NEED TO COVER RETURN POSTAGE COSTS?

We will cover the return postage cost of any faulty items, but you have to cover return postage if you have changed your mind.
